Paragon accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards.
Uniquely for American Express holders, the following procedures will be required.

1. Personal American Express Cards must ship to the cardholder’s billing address. *Exceptions will be made at CCS’ discretion.

2. Corporate American Express Cards can be shipped to an alternate shipping address. The customer needs to call American Express at the number listed on the back of their credit card and add the alternate shipping address. They do not need to change the billing address; just add the address where they want the order shipped. American Express will hold the alternate address on file for 30 days or less.

3. Order should be entered with the actual billing address associated with the card and the alternate address added with American Express as the shipping address of the order.

CCS will call American Express and confirm the alternate shipping address is on file. When confirmation is given, the order will be released for shipment. The time between order placement and release for shipment may vary dependent upon confirmation of the alternate address.
